As the Head of Product, 你要对这个愿景负责, 所有数据的战略和路线图. In the long term you’ll be responsible for building a team of product managers and product owners. You will run pilot and beta programmes to test hypothesis and reduce risk

Key Skills:

Ability to product Vision, Strategy and Roadmap to deliver a world-leading secure and scalable digital product proposition.
Establish P&L, forecasts and reporting to secure further funding and expansion of the Product team.
Ability to understand business needs and prioritise importance.

Ability to understand the big picture to bring together a coherent viewpoint based on perspectives of stakeholders from different business areas.
Run pilot and beta programs to test hypotheses and reduce risk ensuring the right investment decisions and overall product success.
Deliver agile ways of working and implement Hypothesises Driven Development approach.
Ability to use user stories, personas, and acceptance tests and drive the team in breaking down pieces of work from epic, into smaller, deliverable chunks of work that can be delivered faster.
